Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue and Red Rescue Team are the first two games in the Mystery Dungeon series. These two games, like every other spin-off game, has certain features that makes it totally different from other games. Blue and Red Rescue Team were released on Fall, 2006 in USA on the GBA (Red Team) and on the Nintendo DS (Blue Team) These games start you off by making you take a quiz. Depending on the answers you gave, you will start off as a Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Totodile, Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip, Cubone, Pikachu, Meowth, Psyduck, Eevee, Machop or Skitty. You also get to choose your partner, but only from the list of starters in the game. All 386 are available, and there are about 50 dungeons in which you play in. You awaken, to figure out that you have been chosen to be a Pokemon. You see another Pokemon, your partner, and you later decide to start a rescue force. You get a small house, where you begin your team with your partner. To prepare and train your team, you would go to the main town near your Rescue Base. You start by helping out other Pokemon in danger inside these dungeons and try to look for them to rescue them. If you succeed, you may get a money prize, an item prize or a friend area, A friend area is basically an area, that you purchase or win, and allows you to recruit certain Pokemon that you find in dungeons to join your rescue team that dwell within that area.
