Here, you apply the stickers you have bought in the place on the PokeBall you would like them to take effect on. You could set different types of stickers, so I suggest to apply the stickers that will mostly match with the Pokemon you are giving the effects to. After, you have finished applying stickers, select save and assign it to a Pokemon in your Party. Here is a list of seals and what effect they give:
