Resized Eevee Image from Arkeis.com

Umbreon

Hold Item: Leftovers

Nature: Sassy

Ability: Synchronize

EVs: 255 Def 255 Sp. Def

Toxic

Confuse Ray

Mean Look

Dark Pulse

Description: First use Mean Look to stop the oppenent from switching out. Then use Confuse Ray to immoblize your oppenent. Then Toxic so it can't switch out. Dark Pulse is for Taunters. Then you either switch out or attack with Dark Pulse.

Espeon

Hold Item: Odd Incense

Nature: Mild

Ability: Synchronize

EVs: 255 Sp. Atk 255 Speed

Psychic

Shadow Ball

Calm Mind

Psybeam

Description: Not so sure with this set it just works for a special sweeper with Speed and Sp. Atk EVs it should do pretty good. Psybeam is basically a filler but the 10% chance of confusion is a nice bonus.

Leafeon

Hold Item: Scope Lens

Nature: Jolly

Ability: Leaf Guard

EVs: 255 Attack 255 Speed

Razor Leaf

Leaf Blade

Baton Pass

Swords Dance

Getting Eevee to lv 36 isn't exactly fun but this is worth it. Instead of its two main stats Def and Attack getting EVs I put Speed instead of Def because I'm going to use it as a Baton Passer. It can double as a physical sweeper too. If you are going to use it as a Baton Passer have Flareon in your team. Use Swords Dance then you have three choices:

1. If you are fighting a physical sweeper use another Swords Dance due to its high defense, unless its a fire type. 2. Baton Pass it to Flareon.

3. Or use one of its attacks with the scope lens which increases the chance of getting a critical hit with Leaf Blade and Razor Leaf.

I'm not completely sure with this set.

Glaceon

Hold Item: Icy Rock

Nature: Modest

Ability: Snow Cloak

EVs: 255 Sp. Atk 255 Sp. Def

Mirror Coat

Hail

Blizzard

Ice Beam

Ok use Hail first and the whole set goes along with it. Due to Glaceon ability Snow Cloak it increases his evasiveness. Then Blizzard accuracy increases to 100%. Also the Icy Rock makes it so that it stays that way for longer. Also Mirror Coat is for when you fight special sweepers.

Vaporeon

Hold Item: Mystic Water

Nature: Modest

Ability: Water Absorb

EVs: 255 Sp. Atk 255 Sp. Def

Haze

Yawn

Hydro Pump

Aurora Beam

Stand back its a hazer! Use Haze when you opponent using a stat boosting attack. Then Yawn him and destroy it with STAB'd + Mystic Water'd Hydro Pump unless you want the accuracy of Aurora Beam which has a 10% chance of lowering the opponents attack.

Jolteon

Hold Item: Magnet

Nature: Modest

Ability: Volt Absorb

EVs: 255 Speed 255 Sp. Atk

Thunder

Thunder Wave

Thunderbolt

Shock Wave

Definitly one of the worser move-sets. Due to his limited move-pool there really is no strategy except pure sweeping. Thunder Wave is for the pokemon that can cause trouble. Then Shock Wave is for the Double Team-ers.

This one you can switch with any of them if you wish:

Flareon

Hold Item: Wide Lens

Nature: Quiet

Ability: Flash Fire

EVs: 255 Sp. Atk 255 Atk

Fire Fang

Will-O-Wisp

Fire Blast

Flamethrower

Now he has barely any physical moves in his moveset so this is a hard one. So I just gave him a Sp. Atk nature boost and Atk and Sp. Atk EVs. Also Will-O-Wisp is for those annoying pokemon that could possibly OHKO him. Then wide lens help Fire Blast, Will-O-Wisp and Fire Fang hit. Also if you Baton Passed Leafeon like I said he will have a super powerful Fire Fang.
